The content on this website — including program descriptions, recipes, articles and images — is provided for general information about Desi Recipe and our training. Professional cooking skills develop through practice. Progress, assessment results and career outcomes depend on each learner’s effort, attendance and ability. References to careers, roles or businesses on our website describe the kinds of opportunities training can support; they are not promises of employment, income or business success.
Recipes and techniques shared on our website or in class assume a basic understanding of kitchen safety. When cooking outside our supervised kitchens, you are responsible for safe handling of knives, heat and equipment, and for following proper food hygiene and storage practices.
Our kitchens handle common allergens including nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, shellfish, fish, soy and sesame. We cannot guarantee that any dish or session is free from allergens. Learners must tell us about allergies before training begins and follow staff guidance at all times.
Photographs on this website are used to illustrate cooking, kitchens and training. Some are licensed stock images and may not show our own premises, staff or learners.
Our website may link to third-party websites for convenience or information. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices or availability.
Information about nutrition, food business setup, licensing or costing is educational only. For specific legal, financial, health or regulatory decisions, please consult a qualified professional.
